The Mountain Shadow Aerial Silks student showcase took place in November 2022 at the Millibo Art Theatre in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Nicole Leung performed with Ethan Eager and Brenna Cunningham as part of the level 2 aerial silks class taught by Nikki Sosa. The silks choreography was performed to the song “Sister” by Kay Flay. The performance explores the story of how the performing aerialists became friends: they first met in the level 1 class and are still together now in the level 2 class. At the time of the performance, Nicole had been practicing silks for 9 months.
